The Best Vegan Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz soft tofu this is about half of the block
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 dash of salt
  • pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Melting the chocolate either in the microwave or the stovetop.
  • Combine all of your ingredients (tofu, chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, salt) in a high speed blender until you get a smooth creamy consistency. This is your pie filling.
  • Pour your pie filling into the crust and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  • Vegan whipped cream makes for a great topping of this pie. I also added some chocolate shavings.
