Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup peaches
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ orange
  • 1 kiwi
  • almond milk add more or less, depending on how thick you want your smoothie

Instructions
 

  • In a high speed blender, combine all of your ingredients and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  • Add more almond milk if you prefer a more liquid smoothie, or less if you prefer it thick. I usually add about ½ - 1 cup.
