Caramelized Peach and Pecan Oatmeal Recipe

For Caramelized Peaches:
- 2 cups peaches
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsps coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt
For Oats:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
Slice your peaches.
Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla to a pan over medium heat.
Add the peaches and pecans on the pan.
Cook the peaches and pecans for about 3 minutes, then flip them over so they can cook on the other side.
Flip them two more times for more flavor.
In a separate pan, mix your oats, almond milk, and a dash of salt and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Top the oats with the caramelized peaches and pecans.
