Caramelized Peach and Pecan Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
  

For Caramelized Peaches:

  • 2 cups peaches
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsps coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • dash of salt

For Oats:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Slice your peaches.
  • Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla to a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the peaches and pecans on the pan.
  • Cook the peaches and pecans for about 3 minutes, then flip them over so they can cook on the other side.
  • Flip them two more times for more flavor.
  • In a separate pan, mix your oats, almond milk, and a dash of salt and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Top the oats with the caramelized peaches and pecans.
