Cauliflower and Spinach Green Smoothie
Quick and delicious nutrient packed smoothie with cauliflower, spinach, and delicious tropical fruit.
- 2 cups water or plant milk
- 1 cup cauliflower steamed, then frozen
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 date
Throw all of your ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until you get a thick creamy consistency.
*Tip: steaming cauliflower and then freezing it makes for great smoothies. You don't taste the cauliflower at all, and it just adds extra nutrients and creaminess to your smoothie.
