Cauliflower and Spinach Green Smoothie

Quick and delicious nutrient packed smoothie with cauliflower, spinach, and delicious tropical fruit.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water or plant milk
  • 1 cup cauliflower steamed, then frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 date

Instructions
 

  • Throw all of your ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until you get a thick creamy consistency.
  • *Tip: steaming cauliflower and then freezing it makes for great smoothies. You don't taste the cauliflower at all, and it just adds extra nutrients and creaminess to your smoothie.
