Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan, GF)

If you ever crave cookies, but don't want to make a whole batch, this small batch chocolate chip cookies recipe is for you!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coconut sugar
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • dash of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon dairy free milk
  • 2 tablespoon choc chips/chunks

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chunks). Mix everything well until you have a thick dough. Now fold in the chocolate chips/chunks.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and place it on a baking sheet. Flatten out the top by using your fingers. Top with more chocolate chips.
  • Note: you could split the cookie into two smaller cookies or make one large one!
  • Bake the cookie for 10 minutes at 350*F/ 175*C.
  • Optional: Top with flakey salt & dip in some dairy free milk and enjoy!
