- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of salt
- ½ cup dairy free milk
- 3 tablespoon chocolate chips
To a blender, add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips). Blend until you get a runny batter.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter into an oven safe dish and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350*F.
