Christmas Tree Cupcakes

These Christmas tree cupcakes are a cute and fun way to decorate cupcakes for the holidays!

Ingredients
  

  • pretzel rods
  • vegan white chocolate
  • matcha powder
  • coconut flakes
  • vanilla cupcakes
  • vanilla frosting

Instructions
 

  • Start by frosting your vanilla cupcakes with the vanilla frosting of your choice and shrinking them with a generous amount of coconut flakes, to resemble snow.
  • Now melt your white chocolate and add a little bit of matcha at a time while stirring, until you reach your desired color of green.
  • Transfer the now green matcha white chocolate to a zip log baggie and snip off the end of the bag.
  • Place a thin pretzel rod on a plate or some parchment paper and drizzle the chocolate on top of it, in the form of a Christmas tree. Start narrow at the top, and wider as you go down.
  • Sprinkle more coconut flakes on top and refrigerate.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, place the Christmas tree pretzel on top of your cupcake and enjoy!
