Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • cup shredded coconut
  • cup protein powder
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • dash of salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a large bowl and mix them well.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips last and mix those in with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Form the batter into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Refrigerate them and enjoy them as snacks all week, or eat right away.
