To a blender, combine the banana, oats, cashew butter, maple syrup, lemon juice and zest, yogurt, milk, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Blend everything until you get a liquid batter.
Fold in the blueberries (but do not blend those!).
Split the oats batter between two oven safe bowls.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350*F (or less if you prefer the oats to be more runny).
