Combine all of the pancake ingredients to a large bowl and mix them well.
Take about a ¼ cup scoop of batter and add it to pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes and then flip and do the same on the other side.
Do this with each pancake.
This recipe makes about 6 pancakes.
Caramelized Banana Directions
To a pan, add the coconut oil, agave, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Combine them well and then add the banana slices.
I recommend cutting the banana in thicker slices so that they do not fall apart. Also make sure to leave plenty of space between the pancakes, so that they do not stick together.
Cook the bananas for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are as caramelized as you like them.
Flip and cook on the other side.
Top your pancakes with the caramelized banana slices and enjoy!
