- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- ½ red onion medium sized
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- cilantro
In a large bowl, mix the beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, peppers, onion, and avocado and combine them well.
Then add the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt and pepper.
Finally, add some cilantro and enjoy!
