Vegan French toast couldn't be easier! This delicious breakfast recipe is made with simple ingredients and is gluten free too.

- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- ½ tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of salt
- about 6 slices of bread
To a large bowl, add the milk, flax, corn starch, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix it well and let it sit for a few minutes.
Slice your bread and dip each loaf of bread into mixture. Make sure it is fully covered. I let mine sit for ten seconds in each side.
Grease your pan with coconut oil and cook each piece of French toast for 2-3 minutes on each side. This recipe makes for about 6 slices of toast.
Once your French has been cooked, top it with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and fresh berries and enjoy.
