Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe

These vegan chocolate chip pancakes are so incredibly easy to make and one of my favorite breakfast recipes I have ever made!

Equipment

  • pan
  • spatula
  • large bowl
  • large mixing spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar I used coconut
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine your dry ingredients first and mix them well.
  • Then add in the coconut oil and milk.
  • Once they are combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the baking powder can activate.
  • Grease a pan with some coconut oil and turn the heat on to medium.
  • Then take ¼ cup scoop to make each pancake. Cook for a few minutes on each side and then flip.
  • Top with some plant based butter and maple syrup.
