Ingredients
  

Dip Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans to make sure they are vegan, read the label and make sure it doesn't include lard. Fat free versions usually do not
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • lettuce
  • shredded vegan cheese
  • chopped cherry tomatoes
  • olives
  • chopped green onions

Sour Cream Ingredients

  • 8 oz tofu this is about ½ block of a standard sized tofu package
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

Vegan Sour Cream

  • To make the vegan sour cream, combine the tofu and spices in a blender and blend them well for about 2-3, until everything is nice and smooth and creamy.

Putting together your dip

  • In a large and deep bowl, start by adding the refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  • Dip your favorite chips into it and enjoy :)
