- 2 tablespoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoon hot water
- ice
- dairy free milk
To a bowl, combine your matcha powder, sugar, and water.
Using a hand mixer, mix the ingredients for at least 3-5 minutes, until you get a thick fluffy dark green texture.
Add ice and milk to a glass.
Transfer your whipped matcha to the glass and mix the drink well.
