Peanut Butter Oats with Caramelized Bananas Recipe

A super delicious and creamy caramelized banana oatmeal breakfast.

For Caramelized Bananas:
- 1 ½ bananas
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
For Oats:
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup almond milk
- dash of salt
Slice the bananas.
Mix the coconut oil, agave, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pan over medium heat.
Add the bananas on the pan.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes, then flip the bananas over so they can cook on the other side.
In a separate pan, mix your oats, almond milk, peanut butter, and a dash of salt and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Mix ½ of the caramelized bananas into the oats.
Place the oats in a bowl and top with the remaining bananas.
I also topped mine with cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
