Ingredients
  

Vegan Ranch

  • 2 cups coconut yogurt any other plant based or regular yogurt works too
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tsps parsley
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 box pasta
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 3 green onions
  • olives as many as you'd like

Instructions
 

  • To make the vegan ranch, add all of the ranch ingredients in a large bowl and mix until you get a creamy well mixed ranch.
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  • Chop all of your veggies- the broccoli, carrots, pepper, squash, and green onions.
  • In a large bowl, add the pasta, veggies, and ranch and mix well.
  • Add the olives and any other toppings that you would like!
