Santa Hat Cheesecake Bites
These mini chocolate cheesecake bites are vegan, dairy-free & easily made gluten free. They are the perfect holiday festive treat!
Combine the crust ingredients. They ar

anilla, and salt.
Combine the filling ingredients. They are tofu, chocolate, peanut butter, maple syrup, dairy free milk, vanilla, and salt.
Assemble the mini pies. To a muffin pan, add cupcake liners. First add the crust, then add the filling. Then refrigerate the mini pies until the chocolate hardens.
To create the Santa hat look, add some vanilla frosting to a piping bag. Then add a bottom layer, add a strawberry, then a small bit of vanilla frosting for the tip of the hat.
